The story behind this week’s B-Crafty “Snowman Post People” began in 1993 when B-Crafty’s friend, J-Crafty, sent a Toy Solider post as a Christmas gift. From there, B-Crafty started to make her homemade “post people” and the collection has grown over these 25 years. The “post people” will all make appearances on this site in the future so stay tuned!
Issue #6

Materials Needed:
2 – ¾ “ wooden boards (5 ½ inches wide x 60” inches tall)

With a jigsaw, cut the bottom of the board in a “V” shape so it can be pushed into the ground.
To make the snowman’s hat, cut a ½ “ X 5 ½“ strip on both sides of the top of one of the boards. To make the snowwoman’s hat cut a rounded curve on top of the other board.
Paint the entire boards with white paint on both sides. Paint the face as shown or design your own. Add scarf, black top hat, striped ladies hat, buttons, mittens and other details.
