
Just in time for St. Patrick’s Day! B-Crafty offers this easy dessert with a “green” surprise inside!

Materials Needed:
Cake:
1 ¾ cup flour
1 package instant pistachio pudding (4 serving size)
2/3 cup sugar
¾ cup mini chocolate chips
2 ½ t. baking powder
½ t. salt
2 beaten eggs
1 ¼ cup milk
½ cup vegetable oil
1 t. vanilla
Icing:
1 can of cream cheese frosting
Green colored sugar
Green m&m’s

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease cupcake pan or line with papers. Mix flour, sugar, pudding mix, chocolate chips, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl mix eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture until just combined. Fill cupcake cups 2/3 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool then ice and decorate. Enjoy.
B-Crafty Tip: Best part of this edible craft is the surprise when you bite into the cupcake as it is light green in color.
