Materials Needed:
Construction or scrapbook paper
Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (Easter variety/pastel foil)
¼” wide ribbon
Small silk flowers & beads
2” paper punch – scalloped edge circle
Instructions:
- With the paper punch, cut out the shape on the construction paper.
- Tie the ribbon in a small bow
- Glue the peanut butter cup on to the center of the paper cut out.
- Glue the bow on to the side of the peanut butter cup
- Decorate the brim with the flowers and the beads.
