Nothing “scary” about B-Crafty’s Scarecrow Post People. Welcome fall with this outdoor decoration.

Materials Needed:
- 2 – wooden boards that measure 5 ½ inches wide x 60 inches tall x ¾ inch thick
- White primer paint for wood
- Acrylic paints in various colors including; Tan, brown, denim blue, red, orange, straw yellow, and rose.
- Black Sharpie
Instructions:
With a jigsaw, cut the bottom of the two boards in a “V” shape so it can be pushed into the ground, then cut the top two corners slight off to make the scarecrow’s hat.
Paint both boards with white primer paint on both sides. Paint the scarecrow according to B-Crafty’s model or invent your own. Outline the painted straw pieces around the scarecrow’s face and the end of the sleeves with a black Sharpie.
Once painting is completed, place in the ground and enjoy all the aspects of fall.
