Materials Needed:
- Teddy Graham Cookies (any flavor) Use the Teddy Graham cookies that are shaped with Teddy’s arms stretched out, not at his side)
- Vanilla icing
- Small candy conversation hearts
Instructions:
- Spread a small amount of icing on the back of the conversation heart
- Place the heart on the cookie between the outstretched arms
- Let the icing harden so that the heart does not slide off
- Repeat until you have a plateful
