“Shot from the heart and B-Crafty’s to blame,
She gives crafts a GOOD name!”
Not what Bon Jovi had in mind, but it works to introduce Cupid’s Arrows! These hit the target for Valentines Day! Only two ingredients and two steps make this super simple.
Name: Cupid’s Arrows
Issue #60
Occasion: Valentine’s Day
Category: Treat
Materials Needed:
- Sugar coated jelly hearts; cinnamon or cherry flavor (2 for each arrow)
- Small pretzel sticks (1 for each arrow)

Instructions:
- Poke a hole in the top of one of the jelly hearts and then poke a hole in the pointed end of another jelly heart.
- Gently guide one end of the pretzel stick into one of the holes and the other end into the other jelly heart.
B-Crafty Tip: Don’t use the pretzel stick to poke the hole in the jelly heart, as the pretzel will break very easily.
B-Crafty Tip: This is a great craft to do with kids, because after they make them, they can eat them.
B-Crafty Tip: If you place an arrow in a cellophane bag and tie it with a Valentines ribbon, you can give it as a favor. Just remember to label the bag with “Cupid’s Arrow”.
