Materials Needed:
- 6 4-inch red balloons
- 6 4-inch blue balloons
- White poster board
- Sharpie markers and paints
- Masking tape
Instructions:
- Blow up the balloons and then tie a red and a blue balloon together (to make 12 pairs)
- Line up the balloon pairs end to end on the top of the dashboard, wedge between the windshield and the dash
- Design the poster with a custom message and add any art work
- Sign the poster like a greeting card and then leave it behind for the guest of honor
- Head-off to the drive-by celebration. Place the sign out the side window when driving by, by holding it out the window or securing it with masking tape
B-Crafty Tip: B-Crafty learned late in her crafting life how helpful it is to use a hand held balloon pump to inflate balloons.
B-Crafty Tip: The balloons can be blown up at least a week ahead of time and if you do that make sure to store them in a black trash bag to ensure the balloons keep their shine.
