This B-Crafty idea came from her California Craft Club when they regularly made holiday tray favors for a local hospital and senior center. This one was made for the 4th of July but is suitable also for Memorial Day or Election Day. Add a little red, white and blue to your table with this festive item.

Issue #128
Occasion: Memorial Day or Fourth of July
Category: Table Favor
Materials:
- One mini white paper pleated nut cup PLUS another cup to cut apart to make a pattern for the wrapping paper
- 4” x 4” piece of royal blue netting
- 4 small white confetti stars
- Small piece of red and white striped wrapping paper

Instructions:
- Cut one of the nut cups apart by cutting straight up on one side to the top circle and then cut the circle top off. (You will be left with a pattern to use to make the piece of wrapping paper to place around the sides of the nut cup)
- Trace the pattern on to the wrapping paper, making sure the pattern is placed so that the stripes are straight up and down in the middle of the pattern
- Poke a small hole in the center of the bottom of the nut cup
- Glue the wrapping paper piece on to the sides of the nut cup
- Glue the four stars on the blue netting close to each corner
- Poke the middle of the netting through the hole on the nut cup and pull it through so that the netting with the stars stand upright
