- Cellophane bag
- Mylar balloon tied to ribbon
Instructions
- Assemble the centerpiece according to directions
- Complete your retirement note to the retiree
- Affix the note onto the centerpiece
- Place assembled centerpiece into a cellophane bag
- Tie the end with the ribbon on the balloon.
