If you hadn’t noticed, one of B-Crafty’s favorite holidays is Halloween, and shares with you another classic crafty, “Halloween Picture Frame”. It is so much fun to make and to display Halloween costume pictures

Materials:
- Two pieces of cardboard each measuring 5” X 7”
- Piece of cardboard (for the back stand) measuring 5” X 2”
- Three piece of Halloween themed material measuring 7 X 9”
- ½ inch wide Bias Tape Maxi Piping measuring 26” in length
- Two pieces of thin batting measuring 5” X 7”(optional to make frame more 2 dimensional)

Instructions:
- Cut an oval out of one of the pieces of cardboard measuring 4” X 3”.
- Cover one side of each piece of cardboard with the thin batting. Cut the oval out of the batting as well
- Wrap the material over the two pieces of cardboard and turn it over each edge securing it with hot glue, including the oval
- Wrap the material over the smaller piece of cardboard which will be used at the stand
- Place the 3rd piece of material on the cardboard without the oval, covering the opposite side that you had already covered.
- Starting in the middle on one of the shorter sides of the cardboard, with the hot glue affix the piping around the edge of the frame
- Place the two covered pieces of cardboard back to back and glue three side together leaving the top edge open so you can slide the pictures in
- With the hot glue affix the stand on the back of the frame
- Insert pictures and proudly display your frame
