Halloween Bat

This year’s trick or treat favor is B-Crafty’s “Halloween Bat”. Not too much room for candy, but a cute treat for Halloween.

Materials:

• Black paper pillow box 5” X 3.5”
• Two 10 mm goggle eyes
• Black construction paper
• Small piece of cardboard
• Fun size candy bar or small M&M pack

Instructions:

• Make a pattern for the bat wings out of cardboard and cut it out
• Trace the bat wing cut out on the black construction paper
• Cut the wings out
• Fold one end of the pillow sleeve closed
• Affix the two goggle eyes with hot glue
• Affix the two wings on either side of the pillow sleeve
• Slide the candy into the open end
• Fold the open end close

B-Crafty Tip: Suggest that the younger kids you give these to, name them and find ways to play with them once they enjoy the candy inside.
