B-Crafty has found the perfect St. Patrick’s Day treat; Pot’ O Gold Brownie Cup. So easy and all that’s required is a batch of brownies from a store-bought mix, a Rollo and a rainbow candy strip. Very few crafts that have no cutting, no gluing, no mess!

Issue #216
Occasion: St. Patrick’s Day
Category: Treat

Materials:
- 1 Rollo (Gold Foil Wrapped)
- Box of Brownie Mix and Needed Ingredients
- Rainbow Gummy Candy Strips
- Small Shot Glass (to make impression in brownie cup)
Instructions:
- Prepare the brownie mix according to the box directions
- With a tablespoon, place a dollop of the mix in a mini muffin pan
- Bake according to directions
- Once removed from oven, use the small end of the shot glass (or like size bottle top) to make an impression in each warm brownie
- Let the brownies cool
- Place the unwrapped Rollo in the top of the brownie
- Cut the rainbow strips in 2 ½ pieces
- Take one of the pieces and wrap it over the Rollo tucking in the ends in the brownie cup (like a rainbow over the pot’ o gold)
B-Crafty Tip: B-Crafty used the top end of a colored sprinkle bottle to make the impressions in the brownies. It was ever so slightly smaller in circumference than the shot glass. To make them real ready for St. Patrick’s Day, B-Crafty placed them in a small cellophane bag and tied with a green or shamrock ribbon.
