Materials Needed:
Paint chip strip (pink or red tones)
10” long ¼” wide pink or red ribbon
Heart hole punch or regular hole punch
Instructions:
Punch a hole at the top of one end of the paint chip strip, and then punch a series of heart holes on the side of the paint strip. String the ribbon through the top hole and either tie it or make a slipknot. Find a good friend who likes to read and surprise them with this Valentine’s Day treat.
